About This Privacy Policy
NEXT UP TALENT LTD provides Fortune Vault (the “App”). This policy explains the personal information processed when you use the App, the purposes of processing, the services involved, and your choices.
Information We Collect
Depending on your use of the App, enabled features, permissions and consent, the following categories may be processed. Listing a category does not mean that every feature collects it.
- Device and network information: IP address, device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, app version, device identifiers and advertising identifiers where permitted.
- Usage information: screens viewed, navigation and interaction events, session start/end times and session duration, installation and launch events, and feature usage.
- Diagnostics: crash reports, error logs, performance and security events, and technical troubleshooting information.
- Cookies and similar technologies: cookies in embedded web content where used, local storage, SDK identifiers and similar device storage, subject to applicable consent requirements.
- Information you choose to provide: your email address, message and attachments when you contact our support team.
App Set ID
The App and integrated services, such as Firebase, may collect the App Set ID, an identifier provided by Google Play Services. For apps installed through Google Play, it is shared across apps published by NEXT UP TALENT LTD under the same Google Play developer account on the same device; in other installation contexts it may be scoped to this App. We use the App Set ID solely for analytics and fraud prevention. We do not use the App Set ID for ads personalization or ads measurement, and we do not link it to the Android Advertising ID, other device identifiers or personal and sensitive user data for advertising purposes. The App Set ID can reset when all apps from the same developer account are uninstalled from the device, when no app in the set has accessed it for over 13 months, or when the device is factory reset.
How We Use Information
We process information to operate and maintain the App, support requested features, diagnose errors, protect against abuse, and respond to support requests. Enabled third-party services may also process information for analytics, attribution or advertising, as described below and subject to applicable choices.
Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services. Their privacy notices explain how each provider processes information:
AppsFlyer
AppsFlyer supports installation attribution and app measurement. Depending on integration and permitted configuration, it may process IP addresses, device/advertising identifiers, device and operating-system details, install and app-event data, and session information. Attribution and tracking are subject to applicable consent and device controls.
Firebase
Firebase provides the enabled application infrastructure, diagnostics or analytics features. Depending on the products actually enabled, information may include app instance identifiers, device and operating-system details, crash/error logs, screen views, events and session duration. Optional analytics and storage settings apply only where those products are enabled.
AdMob
AdMob supports in-app advertising. Where enabled and permitted, it may process IP addresses, advertising identifiers, device details, ad interactions and approximate location inferred from the IP address. Advertising personalization and measurement depend on applicable consent, age-related settings and device controls.
Consent to Data Processing
Where consent is required for optional analytics, advertising, cookies or similar technologies, we request it before that processing begins. You can decline or withdraw consent using the available App, device or cookie controls, or by contacting us as described below. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Necessary processing may instead rely on providing the requested service, legitimate interests or legal obligations where applicable; using the App is not blanket consent to every purpose.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with the selected providers to deliver their functions, service providers acting for us, or public authorities when legally required. Disclosures are limited to the relevant purpose and applicable legal basis.
International Data Transfers
We and the selected providers may process information outside your country. Where an EEA/UK transfer requires safeguards, these include applicable adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), together with the UK Addendum or other approved UK mechanism where required and supplementary measures where appropriate. Information about applicable safeguards is available on request.
Data Retention
We apply the following retention periods to identifiable data under our control, unless a shorter period is requested and available, or a longer period is required by law or necessary for a documented legal claim. You may request deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected].
- Usage and analytics data, including screen views, session events and session duration: up to 24 months from collection.
- Technical, diagnostic and security logs, including IP addresses, operating-system information and crash reports: up to 24 months from collection.
- User-submitted information, including support correspondence and related contact information: while the App is in active use and up to 12 months after use ends or the support request is resolved.
- Consent and privacy-request records: up to 24 months after the relevant request or withdrawal, unless a longer legal retention requirement applies.
- Cookies and local app storage: until their stated expiry, removal through your controls, or app-data deletion. Providers may apply their own retention periods as explained in their linked notices. Data is deleted or de-identified after the applicable period.
Stopping Data Collection
You can stop future App collection by uninstalling the App, revoke optional permissions, disable optional analytics where controls are available, reset or limit advertising identifiers, and clear cookies or app storage. Uninstalling does not automatically delete information already held by us or by providers. To request deletion or assistance, email [email protected]. Essential service and legally required records may remain for the applicable retention period.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and risks, including access restrictions and protection of transfers where supported. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Security Incident Notifications
If a personal-data breach is likely to create a risk requiring notice under applicable law, we notify the competent authority and affected people within the applicable statutory deadlines and provide available information about the incident and protective steps. Notification is made using available contact details or an appropriate App/public notice.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without any consent legally required from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact [email protected] so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate. Higher age thresholds or parental-consent requirements may apply under local law.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Contact [email protected] to exercise your rights. We may verify your request and respond within the applicable legal period. You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. Where the CCPA/CPRA applies, eligible California residents may request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, its sources, purposes and disclosures; request deletion or correction; and exercise applicable rights to opt out of sale or sharing and limit use of sensitive personal information. You have the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise your right to opt out of sale or sharing ("Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"), use available privacy/ad controls or send a request, including an authorized-agent request, to [email protected]. We verify requests as required and respond within applicable deadlines. This section applies subject to the law’s coverage, exceptions and the App’s actual data practices.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the App, selected services or applicable requirements change. The Effective Date identifies the published version. Material changes are communicated through an appropriate App or public notice where required; renewed consent is requested when necessary.
